Ineligible for the 25K payoff to dissolve the claim against LBHI. Each series of CTs is a claim..ie. N's are one claim, K's another etc. All as a group. We are all included in the claim depending on the CTs we own...Ks Ns Ms etc. We don't seem to have individual claims but are filed as a group. That makes us part of the ineligible group.
