This post is for THE LAW.
Every week, on EEENF, there is someone that posts the list of Nominee registrants of shareholding’s on the ASX. They also claim these holders to be large financial institutions, that are investors in EEENF. While such institutions may be a part of the holdings shown, I personally feel it is creating the wrong message to other investors.
You, no doubt understand the book based system that exchanges use, the use of nominee account names, etc. DTC , Depository Trust Company in New York is the US equivalent. I have posted a couple of times, trying to explain the use of Nominees, but it continues.
You … with your large following, perhaps could make a posting that explains what nominees are and what they represent.
You wish to take up this challenge? I would be pleased to exchange emails with you if you wish, to discuss further. I am at colindmclarty@gmail.com
My best
