$MWWC - if by your actions you induce someone to make a move that they would not, otherwise have made and suffer losses as a result...then there is culpability - he (George) made several claims of fraud and that Mark Miller was involved and should be in jail, etc. While knowing that is not true.

the company already denied that Mark Miller has any association with the company so George is misleading people and doing so by asserting an association, which doesn't exist and which he had to know if he read the statements by the company.

If anyone believed his assertions and suffered damages by his comments then there is culpability and they are due relief from the damages.

And importantly, since he does this a lot, there is the opportunity for those damaged by his comments to seek relief.
