The Form 25 the NASDAQ filed, not the NYSE as falsely claimed.

CACH is responsible for filing to the SEC. By registering securities under Section 12(b) or Section 12(g) of the exchange Act, an issuer becomes subject to the periodic and current reporting requirements.
