Michael, Yes only the Elite get this benefit

Always remember that a significant % of the Elite

are Senators & Congress People & upper level agency (i.e. SEC, IRS, CIA, FBI, FDA, EPA, etc.) heads in Washington DC

because their millions & billions are invested by the Hedge Funds

and of course all the head people of large companies like Apple, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Exxon, Pfizer, GM, large News (propaganda) organizations, etc. also have their millions and billions invested by Hedge Funds

Anyway, the USA is now the Washington DC, Media, and Large Company Elites versus us Serfs

So don't be surprised if the SEC and the US Government

does little to nothing against the Hedge Funds

Oh, they will pass the laws and pose like they are doing something

But at the end of the day they will not really enforce these laws

They may even have congressional hearings

But, as usual, no one other than some small "fall guy" gets prosecuted
