Most of the revenues for loans are via the origination fee and processing fees I think. If there are processing fees year over year that continue from loans in the past then I think that revenue would in theory be included in the 15% revenue per loan.

If in the first week they close a loan of a billion dollars then that would increase the share price instantly by .15 cents if the math is accurate. That is the potential. That could have happened today and we don’t yet know it.
