We believe, based on a Schedule 13G filed with the SEC on January 4, 2019, that the reporting person Iliad Management, LLC is the General Partner of reporting person Iliad. Iliad has rights, under a convertible promissory note, to own an aggregate number of shares of our common stock which, except for a contractual cap on the amount of outstanding shares that Iliad may own, would exceed such a cap. Iliad's current ownership in % of common stocks is 5.47% after the equivalent of US$200,000.00 in cash and / or shares for repayments during year 2019. Thus, the number of shares of our common stock beneficially owned by Iliad as of 31st December 2019, was 2,736,292 shares, which is 5.47% of the 49,963,607shares outstanding on December 31, 2019.
