Keep in mind, that we're all looking for that certain thread that will lead to a conclusive nugget that we're absolutely certain of our convictions.

However, in this business environment the "business tool du jour" is the NDA. And that keeps the details from being public information. And another recent development has been the shared of other BO's that included a "No Shopping" provision while reviewing an offer. Interesting.

Should nothing happen after milestone 4, and Titan pays off the loan then it's a clear field for anyone to enter into the fray of this speculation. It doesn't mean an absolute that a raise is forthcoming. It may.... IDK, and it's a only someones guess. Sure, I'll acknowledge that if they use up their ~ $50M, then they will need more $$$ until ENOS is ready for market. But so far, MDT is in the middle of this and they have openly declared that this is the way they intend to do business going forward.

And we all know Wall Street is greedy, and ISRG is the 800# gorilla in the room. So this is far from over, but it could be very quickly. As has been described in detail for all to consider.
