First thing I can not find anything that says
Corporate Event Management, LTD, is parent of Assure Global, LLC
And
Corporate Event Management, LTD and its subsidiary Assure Global, LLC were merged into Holdings International Inc. with Holdings being the surviving entity.
We Shield was never even mentioned
But Michael started a new We Shield . Does that not seem strange??
