Securities Fraud? That is what you think is happening here? The theory is that the company is intentionally driving down the price so friends and insiders can buy at a lower price ahead of news? Front running is illegal. It's one thing for the company to be dilinquent but, fraud is a whole different animal. I sure hope you are wrong.
