I haven't forgotten. Unfortunately, there is a court document with their resignations on them...all of them. PWC was the court appointed legal representation on behalf of the corporation to finalization. They have now been discharged by the court & I quote : "Without any plan of arrangement for the petitioner" ... that is a problem, a big problem.. Because former directors own stock means zero at this point in time.
