Why does synergy sell a shell without helping out with filings and details?
I sold this off after the drama a few weeks ago but seriously why throw all that bogus on new management..
Shares that weren’t registered in DE?
Why the hell wouldn’t synergy know about that and say something about that before selling it?
Synergy is falling in stature by this big time IMO
