Might remember when I stated July (early) about MJ being legalized. It was supposed to happen based on Schumer (Senate Majority leader) remarks, but that has since moved forward to middle/end of July, due to both bills and their add-ons (MJ) being pushed forward to Middle/end of July. The two bills I am referring to are the infrastructure upgrades and the 4th Stimulus, which is so aggressively being pushed.

VISA wants (NEEDS) in, and in order to roll this out smartly - that may be key, esp. for a devastated economy, needing taxed dollars coming in.
