you know as well as I the company has to send that info out at once and to everyone in their filings which they will do. They cant through a proxy or even an insider release that info. no one wants to get into trouble. Dilution is going to happen. it happens in every merger. as a percentage. the market will determine the share price. but as you know right now the electronic shares are scarce so the buyers and sellers are having liquidity issues. all this will work itself out as KLMKh distances itself post merger from the previous folks and share dynamics. I believe in these guys. just hang fire a little. it will work itself out. id rather it take longer and get it right than be fast....and have to do this over again.
