The take away from your very nice update:

We had no idea about our audit shit until the financials were already due.
We have absolutely no idea what is going on with our own financial team.

AKA:

We just didn't file financials and aren't going to but we have to string these kids a long and pray we make some kind of revenue off these next events or we are going bankrupt.
