Exactly, and dangling an 8 million dollar carrot over our head just to take it away again at the end after all they've put us through would be SUICIDE in terms of legal action!! I'm sure it's WHEN, not IF they'll pay us! Hopefully in the next couple weeks! I'm calling my TD rep tonight to discuss it with them!
