The percentages quoted are completely wrong.

When a Fund or Shareholder gets above 5% ownership they have to file a 13D.

If they go below, they have to file again stating that they are below.

In this case no one entity owned close to 5% so they banded together as a group and combined their shares under the control of One person by giving their Power of Attorney to Rosenbaum.

That's an extraordinary effort in itself. The year long FUD was another, the latest, with the coming out of the closet with renewed FUD is the proof in the pudding

If not so important, they could have sold at $10 or $7 per share and made out like bandits

Instead, they want the whole enchilada or at least the biggest portion.
