I started thinking something was amiss when I saw the promo warning on OTC and then the company put out that PR. Looks to me like they raised the A/S and didn't tell anyone so someone with conversion rights could dump heavy on our asses a bit higher than would of been the case if they updated OTC markets with the correct A/S back in May when changed. With all these houses being built, why the hell do they need another 400 mil shares if no one is converting around promo and PR time? Opinion but in this arena, likely. Totally spaced looking at Nevada for updated structure. Oh well, same old same old in pinks. Thought this one was different.
