Not so sure he's wrong for the time being. The appeal will not be resolved until next year unless of course you believe one of the following:

1. The defendants handover the company and handover about 50 million. Zero chance that happens.

2. GDSI attaches to assets in Brazil anytime soon or while appeal is in process. Ten percent chance that happens.
