SCOTUS: FHFA can act for it's own self-interest per HERA. But per the constitution, all citizens have the right to sue for takings. Constitution trumps HERA.

Earlier, the lower courts had ruled that during conservatorship only FHFA could bring lawsuits against itself. All suits that were dismissed earlier are back in play.

Can never thank Mnuchin enough for asking SCOTUS to rule on this issue.
