I'm pretty sure you're misunderstanding the OTC recommended filing date. The sell off you were expecting hasn't happened because the June date does not apply.

GEGP will continue to file with the SEC and become full reporting soon IMO. The history of GEGP shows they have not pursued alternative reporting, but instead prefer to be a SEC reporting company.
