Lack of confidence in IMUN management. Yeah, IMUN owns a nice chunk of an asset. If people had confidence that management was savvy and could turn that $15,000,000 asset into $30,000,000 the price would reflect that. Right now it looks like investors think management is going to turn their $15,000,000 into $2,500,000.

Dilution is always a concern, too.
