I expect that the pricing will be done tue after market close or we before it opens


remember that most of these people are people who could buy the whole offering without moving the needle on available cash, and that if they're looking at a buyout in the 80 range next year, 12,14,17 makes no difference. They'll either buy it before the offering and run the price up, or top off after the offering, running the price up
