You've expressed your opinion a few dozen times and I'm still not clear about YOUR reasoning, but ok....
I believe that the DMC would tell the Company if the results were proving to be extraordinary....if only in the interest of the placebo participants. I believe the Company would make that known to the FDA via an EUA application. If justified I believe that the FDA would grant the EUA.
That hasn't happened.

Anything less than extraordinary shouldn't result in an interruption of the agreed upon protocol.
