As if we can’t pull up the same articles for the US. I had to deal intimately with municipal and state politics (contracts/permits) my entire!! My Dad’s favorite saying was “every politician is a whore which is no problem if he’s your whore”!! Has always been and always will be!! The process is simple, just ask yourself why an atty or business person wants to waste his time being paid $50k/yr to be a councilman or state rep or a be in Congress for just $175k/yr, the answer is quite simple, just follow da money!!!
