This is my theory on what is going on.
They let it run up because they couldn’t get Apes to sell in the teens and single digits, hoping that Apes would sell when they started driving it down, still not enough selling and it was driven back up to 60, now they’re going full throttle and still not enough selling to cover their thieving asses. All one has to do is look at the buy to sell ratio, the price action is opposite of how the market is supposed to work. Add on that all this is done with fake shares and you’re looking at one of the biggest fraud cases in history. IMO the end is near and this is their last ditch effort to try to salvage anything.
