Thank you for your questions and my apologies for the slow reply.

Re Australia, I have been told that there is some information that the Australian FDA has asked for, information that was not required by the FDA to grant approval. So there is still some back and forth about what the regulators actually need. No sense for the timing of when it could be resolved.

Re an EU deal or deals, there are some groups conducting due diligence and evaluating the opportunity. It is still fairly early in the process so no way to know how that will progress or the timing, or even if anything will result. So nothing really to provide here.
