I don’t think it has to do with when - but he has to verify, and needs all the information listed in order to verify. At first I sent him a quick email of (4) screen shots. He hit me back very professional and let me know my shares were registered because I didn’t follow instructions. I resent an email filling the instructions with all the information. I am attempting to join & I applaud his efforts
