A buyout isn't going to happen because the drug is being evaluated for an EUA. An EUA would mean no buyout or an arm and a leg to get the company. An RTF based on "need already met" would mean the drug is viable and a safe asset to pick up. So then a buyout would come along.

What?! You have no idea what you're talking about nor how M&A works. BTW, HGEN is NOT in play and hasn't been at any time this year. Also, EUA approval would improve the chances of a buyout as it would help de-risk Lenz and potential future cash flows for a potential buyer.

The US has stalled at 40% vaccinated. So that 60% out there who won't or can't are going to clog hospitals.

What are you talking about... The U.S. is currently at 64% headed toward 70% of eligible Americans. Your 40% is wrong and completely useless as you're including the total population that are unable to get vaccinated (i.e., kids under 12). As of yesterday, 47.5% of all Americans (vs. your 40%) are vaccinated and its headed higher everyday.
