On Stockwits one of the posters got an email response from DS Chang 2-3 weeks ago.

In brief, Chang mentioned they are still finalizing Wandi. So that would see to indicate the acquisition is still on as planned. Also, mentioned they are still trying to find a PR team they like or something like that.
