so none of you people who talk with Sam and company all the time
have anything to relate to us about what they tell you why no finished financial filed? Or do you even ask them? Eh, Vallet et all?

I have a problem with all you people who keep telling us what a great person Sam is.It's like you all think we can't understand your words and you have to keep repeating this over and over again here.Probably trying to convince yourselves more than others here. Some kind of denial probably.

Where are the finished financial reports to be filed with SEC? We have now been waiting over one year for them to get supposedly finished.They had some kind of problem with accounting company last winter about this time so we were told by some of you that this would delay the finished filing.So if Sam and his following company are so great people as many here post all the time why have we no word on them finishing what they were doing last November 2005? Well that delay is right, a huge delay. More like keep pulling the wool over our eyes.Probably file the financial and we go to .0001? Right? They are hiding things from us and this is not integrity.It was no delay just false misleading statements[ oh sorry opinions] made here and elsewhere about the new accounting firm taking time to get them done.
Looks like Free Nebula had enough and moved on.Taking time is right.Biggest mistake was when I didn't convert my SPRL shares over to NDOL at .07 for .07 last March and ride that to over a buck but instead I'm a SPRL STUCK!This stock is so depressing. I think it's time to get unstuck and switch my shares over to something else looking more promising before this goes to .0001.
