Fife needs an effective share registration and trade volume to unload as his only way out, because even with such high seniority debt the main asset held by $CYDY is unmarketable inventory of leronlimab.

So if this is no longer a COIVD drug it should be valued the same as it was pre-COVID, which was about $0.50 a share. However, they have doubled shares outstanding since, and continue to dilute daily, have a HUGE payable to Samsung that they will never be able to pay, and have Fife holding super senior debt. So, at a maximum, the PPS should be $0.25

Fife does have full ratchet protections and exercise prices way down at the $0.25 level, but still needs an effective registration and volume to get out.
