ArborGen Holdings Directors David Knott of Knott Partners and Ranjan Tandon of Libra Funds LP are each substantial shareholders in ArborGen Holdings. As at 31 March 2019, Knott Partners & Associates and Libra Funds LP owns 28.3% and 17.6% respectively of ArborGen Holdings' issued share capital. In addition a further 3% is held by Independent Directors and management.
