Through all my corresponding with various peoples involved with different aspects of the case, Janet Meiburger is the only one I found that could shed any light on the bankruptcy status of LTHUQ. Unfortunately, she isn't talking.

Maybe if someone approached her differently than I did, she'd be more forthcoming. When she asked me what my interest was in the matter, I was honest and told her I was just doing research. Maybe her attitude would have been different if I lied and said I was a shareholder.
