For sure, lol. My honest opinion for that is that not many people know it or not interested (for whatever reasons) and the 2nd reason is that their o/s share count increased by about 350m from the last count. Not sure they issued those for new acquisition or diluted. Although, still 497m os/s share count is very good. Anyway, until there is some interest about the ticker, it will be volatile like this or RED.
