UDF can post financials during that time frame and provide the damage that Hayman/Bass did during that timeline with their stock price manipulation and Auditor interference, This I believe could be a bad move as I see it because UDF is still paying dividends and Still alive, The burden of proof will be on Bass to show that UDF was deceitful prior to his involvement, We'll see how it washes out hopefully in January.
