Bulldog: He's tried just about every other pinksheet tactic.

NOBO List/"we have a 'major' short position", unaudited financials, stock buy-back, non-cash dividend. There's not much left to try at this point, might as well give it a shot. Maybe he should wait just prior to February financial results announcement, there should be slightly more interest at that point, IMO.
