Their roadmap is nice and interesting and have a good potential to go big pennies if they implement it right. The only missing part or some uncertainties are the specific dates. They did set a particular closing date other than saying Q3. They did not publish the signed LOI, so we can’t verify the terms.

I was part of another one like this (PASO) with similar terms and a signed LOI. Unfortunately, that one did not materialize in the end. Although I got some dividend shares, don’t know what to do with that, not tradeable.

Overall, everything looks very exciting for now, time will tell.
