Interesting story. Played MIR a few times myself. Of course there will never be a need for PCBM shareholders to band together at the BK proceedings as there won't be a need for any. Shareholders' power was completely negated years ago. The Fla guy that committed suicide in this story reminds us of the deperation that can accompany financial ruin. One wonders that someone like Alan (rumored to have lost $300k and his retirement prospects) or some obscure individual we aren't even aware of decides to extract his own brand of revenge. Turino and Lo C can probably still be found, but I think that's why Hall has remortgaged his house in July, took out the $100K credit line in August and left the face of the earth.
