Dang guys, CEO David Dorwart owns directly or indirectly through his other companies…..over 20% of Common Shares? 16 million or so Common Shares it shows when add them up?:::

Page:3 of the OTCQB filing they just posted today on OTC….. (rare for penny stock)……first OTCQB filing since 2019 to get them back to OTCQB status:

Look at their SS….then take out the CEO’s 16 million Common…..and what we have left is 44 mil Common….then though add the 13 mil shares converted since then…on the one and only Note to HGT Capital…..was $107,000 a year ago…now down to $17,000…which is like one dude buying like 80,000 shares at this point: thats basically nothing.

So all said and done, we may now today have a real Float of 56 million shares…..but any either other way we analyze all this….GMER is coming out w a Disrupter video game where playing can make money via the Ethereum blockchain by earning GOO tokens, with a tiny SS….now applying for highest Tier OTCQB status….with the CEO owning MAJOR skin in the game and 20% Common Shares….:

These are the exact kind of things that get the attention of Naz and even Dow players…..and besides, GMER when you DD it, is more akin to a new Naz tech startup then OTC stock on many fronts.

Buy what a great SS …never gets old looking at it!
