The second quarter Ended on June 30 and last year they released the 10Q on August 18. I believe that it is due on August 16, 2021 since the 15th is a Sunday. John generally files for the extension so probably Monday August 23 after the close.
I am looking for news regarding execution of some increment of the put financing, sales data from Empowered and news regarding the EUA. I believe that the company is in a quiet period with financing pending. My feeling is that this is all happening on autopilot and the researchers are dedicating themselves to development of the cancer test and therapy products building a multiyear pipeline. The product seems to be selling well and shipping based on Code 1 continuing to dedicate a large banner ad on their website so I have no concern regarding when they start to share the results.
