Ya know, one year ago JPS were saying 150% of par or even more, BACK DIVIDENDS, and Lamberth decision was just around the corner - supposedly. Prior to SCOTUS the JPS club was saying par for sure (when FNMAS was $6-$9) and Lamberth just around the corner. Now you're saying 50% of par??? Hmmmmmm, Lamberth still just around the corner.

They can't make a JPS holder tender their shares, correct...but they sure can make it a very long hard road to less than 50%.

I'd rather bet the commons, and do, because the potential for upside price movement on news as well as not being in too many hedge funds hands.

Either way you look at it, government is bytch slapping all shareholders.
