Spoke with Watkins minutes ago.

He's still motivated to stick this through!

That's good.

Apparently Paul informed him this morning the Legal Opinion Letter is "ready" but UNSS Counsel needs to receive a document from OTC. He, the Legal Counsel , needs "set up" with OTC to represent UNSS: per Watkins, per Paul.

IMHO -- they are trying to execute.
