May I ask a question what you are doing here if you don't sell?
I am a doctor and all my Kids are Medical doctors also and yes I started trading when I was Fifteen, but those are not credentials needed to be a trader.
Let me ask if all professionals are just buy and hold than why crash happens in the market? Everyone sells when he feels it's time.
I am holding few stocks for 49 years as of this writing. You seems an old grumpy man, I am sorry to say who only criticize every thing. Start living and stop this attitude.
I admire what you are doing but you can not force others to do same.
