It is interesting, but the company is selling shares into the market.

Anyone who was buying in $4s in hopes of the company meeting the $5 institutional price is getting screwed.

I suspect that shorts may start to cover a little, but sending it below $3 causes some to lose out on margin capabilities.

So the reverse split gives the stock volatility... which is good for those looking to make an income from trading.

Sucks that people will lose so that traders have a job.
