You are exactly right. Institutions do not sell to buy lower. If they did that, they would have been buying and selling all the down from the high 20's to the $ 7.00 low and they'd all be in the tank with losses. It's absolute baloney to think an institutions invests that way. They are not manipulators.

As to Analysts of a professional nature, its true they are not always right. But when 7 of them line up with 3 SELLS and not a single BUY, slash price targets, can they all be wrong?? The remaining HOLDERS are paying a dear px for doing so.
They have a reputation to protect and so do thorough , unbiased, research for their clients.
The market apparently takes their recommendations and px targets much more serious than any other non-professional opinion.Just look at the current px to know.
Publications have been released ( the latest being the MOTLEY FOOL), a reputable independent research house widely read), pointing out the negatives of this company.
Add to that the evidence of the sh/px is the technicals which are abyssmal.
No matter what else one reads, I never dismiss professional research.... especially when 7 of them are on the same page with the technicals concurring.
