Yep....they bought CERTAIN ASSETS nothing more...like the Sarnia operations...Then they had to seek out guarentees Bioambers components would be available as they never Purchased them from the Petitioner...Likely were”nt for sale...to begin with...It goes nowhere without those components ...it”s admitted in the reports...They needed those components to resume a bio succinic acid operation...
