I just learned that James Katzeroff is the CEO. Katzeroff is one of the most shady, sleazy CEO I’ve ever met. Him and his 30 yr younger wife used his prior company $ADMD as their private ATM, selling shares all over the place to finance their personal trips to Europe and other foreign places. Katzeroff didn’t give a rats ass about the company and the shareholders. He nearly drove the company into the ground before he was forced out and Dr. Korenko took over (now $RDGL). Katzeroff is as crooked as they come. Last time I shook his hand, I felt like I was shaking the hand of Mr. Potter. Anything involving Katzeroff, buyer beware!!!
