So let’s extend this theory out. How does Nasrat and/or the group of Epic investors make more money taking Elite private than having Elite remain a public company and having the ELTP stock price rise?

At current levels, if I’m doing my rough math right and assuming the share count for Nas + Epic group holds at ~522M, wouldn’t it cost somewhere around $25 million dollars for them to pay off the remaining shareholders (~500M remaining OS x .05) and take Elite private? And then what? Keep running the company for a few million in annual profits but deal with raw materials and other costs to sustain? Sell it off to someone else? So -$25M to then have to try and turn around and make that much more in an acquisition?

Seems like a pretty dumb way to make money when you can just keep plugging away with new ANDAs and the stock price should eventually rise. At .50 - $1 PPS, assuming ownership is what you claim, the Nasrat/Epic “group” would have over a quarter to over half a BILLION dollars for seemingly a lot less work.
