"NO!" ,, Not only is that terminology in-correct, it's weak & it diminishes the accomplishment of moving UP from the OTC to the NAZDAQ!

Going from the OTC to the NAZDAQ is not a sideways listing & it's certainly not a down list.

Call it what it is,,, it's an "UP-List!" in no uncertain terms!

No need to create confusion.

I have been through a couple stocks UP-Listing to the NASDAQ Capital Markets & I have never seen anyone act or try to present it like it was anything less than an UP-List until now.

Matter of fact,,, To present it as less than an UP-List is just not factual. Period.

One other little observation,,, Every time I've seen a stock UP-List from the OTC to the NAZDAQ it has seen a major surge in PPS.
